What is the 120 night sleep trial?
Brilliant Bed gives customers a full 120 nights to decide whether or not our mattresses are right for them. If customers for some reason decide that our mattresses aren’t a good fit for them, we offer full refunds on the mattresses and remove them from customers’ homes free of charge.
Do you offer warranties?
We do not offer warranties on any of the products we sell. All product warranties on Brillintbed.com are offered through the product’s manufacturer. All warranty claims must be initiated directly with the product’s manufacturer. Please see the warranty policy page for more information on manufacturer warranties.
How much does shipping cost?
We currently cover all shipping costs. We ship by way of UPS ground to the contiguous United States.
Where will my items be shipped from?
All items are shipped directly from the manufacturers’ distribution centers.
Can you ship internationally?
Brilliant Bed only ships to the United States at this time.
Can you ship to all 50 states?
Unfortunately, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We don’t currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
Will Brilliant Bed help me set up my mattress and bed?
White glove delivery service is only available for Leggett & Platt adjustable beds. White Glove delivery service provides that your adjustable bed is delivered and professionally assembled at your desired location. Due to the weight and mechanical components of adjustable beds, it is highly recommended that you choose White Glove delivery services. If you do choose the White Glove delivery service, a representative from the manufacturer's White Glove delivery service company will reach out to you to arrange a time for delivery.
For mattresses and other bedding products, we unfortunately do not provide services to help setup your mattress or bed. However, mattress setup is quick and easy! All you need to do is take the mattress out of the box, position it onto the center of your foundation, remove the air tight seal and your mattress will unfold within minutes.
Will you pick up my old mattress and foundation?
Unfortunately we cannot pick up your old mattress and foundation. We recommend contacting your local Salvation Army as they might pick up your mattress for free. We also recommend contacting 1-800-GOT-JUNK to pick up your mattress.
Can I return my order?
Due to the size and weight of adjustable beds, we do not accept returns for adjustable beds. All adjustable beds are final sale. For all other products please see our official return policy to find out more about our return policy.
Do I have to return items in the original packaging?
Mattresses don’t have to be returned in the original packaging, but we do require that you return bed support items and textiles in their original packaging. Please see our official return policy for more information.
Will I pay for shipping if I return an item?
When making mattress returns that comply with our official return policy, you won’t be charged for return shipping. All other returns, however, require that you pay for return shipping.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Do your mattresses “off-gas” or smell after they’ve been opened?
Off-gassing occurs when a mattress has been sitting in it’s sealed packaging for an extended period of time. The mattresses we sell do not sit on the shelves for long or are made to order.
Any “off gassing” is limited or negligible. Our mattresses will not negatively impact your indoor air quality.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Through our financing partner, LendFirm®, we offer financing on all of our products.
Can I finance my whole purchase?
Yes. LendFirm® does offer 100% financing, however some borrowers might be required to put a down payment of up to 50% of the purchase price.
What are the terms of financing?
LendFirm® offers installment loans with interest rates ranging from 0.00% to 18.95% APR with 12 month terms. LendFirm® may require a down payment of up to 50% of the purchase price.
When will I get my order if I finance my purchase?
Your order will be shipped out shortly after you complete your checkout just like a regular order.
If I have bad credit, can I still apply?
Whether you have poor credit from bankruptcy, no credit history or bad credit LendFirm® will take a holistic approach and evaluate consumers on a number of different criteria in order to make a credit decision. LendFirm® does not turn away individuals simply because they have bad or no credit.
How do I apply for a loan?
The easiest way to apply is to go to the financing page and click on the Apply Now button. You will first need to create an account at Brilliant Bed (so that we know who to give credit to). After you create an account you will be directed to the LendFirm® website where you will fill out a secure online application.
What do I need to apply?
LendFirm® will need to verify you identify, your income and your banking information. You will need to provide a valid Driver’s License or ID, your most recent paystub, and most recent 30 day bank statement. LendFirm® also requires that you have a steady source of income that is deposited directly into a checkings account that has been open for at least 3 months.
How long does it take to get approved for a loan?
A decision on your loan is typically done within 48 hours.
What happens to my loan if I return my order?
If you return your order in compliance with Brilliant Bed’s return policy your loan will be cancelled and any payments you made will be returned to you.
